THE TEAM

DIRECTOR

Luxolo is a professionally registered civil engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the structural and civil engineering sector. He has extensive experience in infrastructure construction, structural concrete, and steel detailed design as well as project management. His experience in property ranges from residential, retail, commercial and industrial developments. He also has many years of experience in the construction industry including public infrastructure, roads and power stations.

After obtaining his B.Eng (Civil Engineering) degree he joined Group 5 Construction as a graduate engineer. He gained his experience working on projects such as the Kusile Power Station and the Gauteng Freeway Improvement Project.

In 2013 he began his career as a structural design engineer at WSP Group Africa, Structures (WSP), where he gained experience in structural analysis and design. During his tenure at WSP, he was involved in the design of iconic structures such as the Sun International Time Square Casino as well as the 2019 SAISC steel award winning Fourways Mall Promotions Court Tubular Roof.

Luxolo has completed numerous courses related to project management and business development such as Advanced Project Management (APM) from UNISA as well as Business of Consulting Engineers (BCE) from CESA. He is passionate about the development within the African continent and is a believer in the importance of social responsibility. Luxolo is a vision driven enthusiastic entrepreneur.

Nokuthula Manana is an exceptional senior manager with 15 years proven success leading and managing complex business transformation projects, solution and process engineering, risk analysis and management, and tax compliance. In her past experience Nokuthula has excelled in driving corporate governance and change management. She brings deep industry expertise in finance, construction, corporate governance and investment management, gained from consulting and advisory roles for private sector, government and small and medium enterprises.

Nokuthula is passionate about making an impact that matters in everything that she does particularly around issues that improve the human experience on earth. She currently works with entrepreneurs assisting them to improve their businesses and attaining their goals. She is exceptional at find gaps and turning them into business opportunities which has proved to be a value add to her clients.

Nokuthula seeks to contribute improved revenue growth and support stability at both Board and Executive Levels of companies. She holds various professional qualifications as a member of both SAIBA and SAIT and an additional Certificate of Board Leadership obtained from GIBS.

Bridgett is a Banking & Finance lawyer in Johannesburg. She is the chairperson of the Future Leaders Network, under the auspices of the International Project Finance Association.

Bridgett focuses her practice on various forms of debt finance, including project finance and leveraged loan facilities. She has experience in drafting facility agreements, security documents and other finance documents for various debt finance structures and has counselled project sponsors and finance parties on energy and infrastructure projects, particularly renewable energy projects focussing on solar, CSP, wind energy, biomass plants under the South African Renewable Energy IPP Procurement Programme.

Bridgett has been recognised by Legal500 as a Rising Star in Banking & Finance, South Africa, 2020. In 2019, she was shortlisted in the African Legal Awards, Private Practice Rising Star Award. Before that, she was recognised as a Next Generation Lawyer for Banking & Finance, South Africa by Legal500 from 2017 - 2019.

Bridget Majola, llb, Non-Executive Director

Sechaba is a seasoned senior executive with board and various executive committee experience, diverse exposure to Infrastructure planning, conceptualization, design, construction and management. With sound technical knowledge, Sechaba has 15 years’ experience, the majority of it at managerial and executive levels over multiple projects and is able to deliver strategic, high priority projects using solid business and project management principles.

Sechaba has a keen sense of developing and implementing strategy, defining and pursuing business purpose, performance targets, assessing and developing team skills and capabilities, monitoring staff satisfaction and morale. Sechaba’s current non-executive roles include serving on the Infrastructure South Africa Technical Advisory Task Team advising the Minister of Public Works and the Presidency on the National Infrastructure Plan Implementation; and on the Investment committee of SanParks. The committee is responsible for, among others investing in the growth and maintenance of SanParks’ R20billion Infrastructure Assets. He has previously served complete terms on the boards of UWP Consulting and UWP Holdings.

Sechaba holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. Professionally registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa, he has a passion for Civil works, Structures and Project Management, and has completed numerous additional courses related to Project Management, Contract Administration and is PMP accredited.
